Growing up in Seattle was a unique experience, shaped largely by my passion for sports. With limited activities available at a young age, I immersed myself in nearly every sport—baseball, soccer, basketball, football, and boxing. Staying healthy and in peak athletic shape was always a priority for me, until boxing changed my life forever. At 22, I suffered a life-threatening boxing injury. Though it spared my life, it profoundly reshaped my path.
After that incident, I abandoned everything related to fitness. Slowly, I fell out of love with it. This period marked one of the most challenging times in my life; my mental health plummeted, and my physical condition deteriorated. At 6'5", I weighed only 140 pounds, a shadow of my former self. It was during this low point that I crossed paths with a trainer who is a very dear friend now, and he changed my life. He saw potential in me that I couldn’t see in myself. He encouraged me to believe again—to commit, to rebuild, and to reclaim not only my health but also my confidence.
So, I trained. Day by day, I stayed consistent, even when progress felt slow. Now, at 32, I continue to push my body to new heights. Every weight I lift, every cardio milestone I hit, and every health goal I surpass is a testament to resilience. Today, the greatest fulfillment I find is in helping others. I’ve dedicated myself to creating a supportive space where people feel confident, love themselves, and transform their lives. Through love, commitment, and encouragement, I motivate my clients to achieve not just the body of their dreams, but a mindset that embraces self-worth and strength.
